Presentation Recordings

As part of the VGS we record all lectures for archival purposes. In 2024 we began offering recordings to ticket holders for a nominal price and also made them available to the public two weeks post event. The money raised from this assists in the growth and continuation of the symposium as well as when ticket sales are low it helps cover the expenses of the event.
Do you have any issues with us recording your lecture & workshop for archival purposes and/or selling the lecture/workshop on our website at a later date?

Vending

When we meet in person, presenters are given the opportunity to vend at our event (free of charge) and given priority. This is a great opportunity for you to promote your work and make extra money while attending the event!
Are you interested in vending?
Would you like to be added to our mailing list?
